Job Description

A Chartered Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy position delivering professional Building Surveying and project services across commercial property assets. This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity within an established multidisciplinary consultancy environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlords and tenants\n\n * Undertake technical due diligence surveys and reporting\n\n * Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion\n\n * Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent\n\n * Manage client relationships, project delivery programmes and mentor APC candidates\n\nRequirements\n\n * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline\n\n * MRICS qualified\n\n * Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience\n\n * Commercial Building Surveying, dilapidations and technical due diligence experience\n\n * Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts and a full UK driving licence\n\nSalary & Package\n\n * £50,000–£60,000 basic salary\n\n * Annual bonus up to 10% of salary\n\n * Highly flexible working arrangements\n\n * Private healthcare\n\n * CPD support, professional development and APC mentoring involvement\n\n📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
