We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group Manager of Exams to lead and develop our Exams function across Peterborough College and Stamford College.
This is more than an operational Exams role. We are looking for a strategic leader who combines extensive examinations expertise with the ability to use data, technology and insight to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will be our subject matter expert for all aspects of examinations, assessment and awarding body compliance, while also acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders and curriculum teams. Through the intelligent use of data, digital systems and innovative processes, you will help shape how examinations and assessment services are delivered across the Group.
About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Principal Quality, you will provide strategic leadership for the Exams department, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, operational excellence and customer service.
