Mixed Civil and Commercial Litigation with Property focus | East Midlands

This full-service firm has a strong commercial client base, resulting in a consistent pipeline of dispute resolution and property litigation matters. The team is led by a highly experienced Head of Department, offering excellent mentorship and support.

Responsibilities:

• Property litigation matters
• General civil litigation
• Disputes arising from commercial and corporate client relationships
• Internally referred work from across the firm

We are open to both junior and experienced candidates, offering development opportunities for those at the start of their career, alongside autonomy for more senior hires.

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) – NQ and above
• Experience or interest in dispute resolution and litigation
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A desire to develop expertise in property litigation

• Strong and consistent internal referral workstream
• Work closely with an experienced Head of Department
