Job Description:\n\nAre you looking for the next step in your Health Care journey?\n\nFirst Option Healthcare is currently recruiting for a compassionate & proactive Crisis Support Workers to join the rapidly growing team!\n\nHere at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in regulated and unregulated environments.\n\nWe are looking for Support Workers with minimum of 6 months experience working with adults or adolescents with the following:\n\n * Eating Disorders\n\n * Learning Disabilities\n\n * Mental Health\n\n * CSE\n\n * Drug and Alcohol Abuse\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Weekly payments\n\n * Referral fee bonus\n\n * Up to 3 months rolling rota\n\nDuties and responsibilities:\n\n * Responding to psychological or emotional crisis in adults and adolescents, utilising de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.\n\n * Providing in-person crisis support in various settings, including homes, schools, hospitals, or community centres, fostering placements and unregulated settings.\n\n * Establishing rapport and trust with clients and their families to assess risk, stabilise crisis situations, and ensure immediate safety and emotional support.\n\n * Collaborating with clinical leads and multidisciplinary teams to ensure intervention plans are appropriate, with timely documentation and escalation of any changes in client condition or behaviour.\n\n * Working with professionals such as schools, young offending and psychotherapy.\n\nUnfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.\n\nINDESS
