About the Role


As a Residential Conveyancer you will Provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and / or companies on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will not only be able to:


  • Manage a diverse caseload.
  • Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience.
  • Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.


Qualifications


Proven experience of managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload.



Required Skills


  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience of managing a team is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
  • Work collaboratively, support team members and share knowledge.
  • Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes.
